Lincoln Murdoch

Lincoln is an accomplished endurance athlete who has competed in a number of marathons and two 50 mile ultra-marathons.

He has also finished three 140 mile Ironman triathlons consisting of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride followed by a 26.2 mile marathon. One of these was the Hawaiian Ironman World Championship race in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii in 1998.

He is a two-time All-American in triathlon and is ranked 24th in the nation out of 2,800 male triathletes in his age group. He is a two-time qualifier for Team USA and represented the USA in the 2007 Age Group Triathlon Championships in Hamburg, Germany. Lincoln often speaks on the subject of spiritual endurance based on the lessons he’s learned from his endurance races.

Lincoln has been married to Jennifer for 30 years. Together, they have two children ~ Kyle, age 25 and Kristin, age 19.

  • USAT All American, ranked 28th nationally out of over 2,400 in the 45-49 age group

  • Feb. - Generations Triathlon, Surprise, AZ - 2nd Overall
  • March - Havasu Sprint Triathlon, Lake Havasu City, AZ - 1st Overall
  • April - YMCA Sprint Triathlon, Goodyear, AZ - 4th Overall, 1st in Age Group
  • May - Tempe International Triathlon - 4th Overall, 1st in Age Group
  • June - Deuces Wild Olympic Triathlon, Show Low, AZ - 7th Overall, 1st in Age Group
  • June - USAT Age Group National Championships - Portland, OR - 9th in Age Group
    • Qualified for World Championship and racing for Team USA
  • August - Age Group World Championship, Hamburg, Germany
    • 20th in Age Group out of 99 athletes from over 20 nations.
    • 6th fastest bike split, only 46 seconds behind 1st
